• Flex+ ticket holders can't cancel non-refundable tickets and it will only be applicable for Economy & Flex ticket holders.

• Passengers can experience different cancellation fees with Central Mountain Air because it depends on the flight ticket type or category.
• For the same-day cancellation fee, the flex ticket holder needs to pay around 80 to 100 Canadian US dollars as a Central Mountain Air Cancellation Fee.
• Flex+ ticket holders don't need to pay cancellation charges.
• Apart from that, the passenger needs to pay more than 80 Canadian US dollars if they change their flight ticket 2 hours before the departure of the flight time.
• The cancellation fee will automatically be deducted from the rest of the refundable flight ticket and the passenger doesn’t need to pay any additional charges.
• Passengers will get a different experience with the cancellation fee if they cancel or change their booking from the website or airport.

Central Mountain Air Refund Policy: 

The refund rules will be applicable after the cancellation of the Central Mountain Air reservation.

• In some special situations such as close relative death, illness or other similar reasons, passengers will be eligible for the full refund but, they need to complete the documentation procedure and raise the refund request.
• Every refund request will be accepted by the official Central Mountain Air.

• The same-day cancellation will depend on the category as Flex+ flight ticket holders are permitted to cancel their booking up to 2 hours before the departure of the flight time but, it will not be applicable for the Flex & economy ticket holders.
• For both categories, if they cancel their booking within 24 hours of the flight ticket purchase then, they don’t need to pay the cancelation fee and also, get the full refund amount.
• Ticket cancellation will only be accepted from the official website of Central Mountain Air or directly from the customer service number or any authorized channel.
